Meibao Electric Vehicle Intelligent Control App Privacy Agreement

This App highly values the protection of users' personal information, and will safeguard your personal information security with industry-standard security protection measures. This privacy agreement is designed to clearly explain to you how we collect, use, store and protect your relevant information, as well as the information rights you enjoy. Please carefully read this agreement before using the App to ensure you fully understand the relevant rules. Your act of clicking to agree and using the App services means you have fully read, understood and accepted all contents of this privacy agreement.

I. Scope of Application

This privacy agreement applies to all service scenarios provided by the App, including but not limited to:

Scenarios where you connect to the Meibao electric vehicle via Bluetooth to realize vehicle unlocking, locking and arming operations

Scenarios of reading the Meibao electric vehicle's operation logs and vehicle status data

All scenarios where you register an account, submit feedback and use the basic functions of the App

This agreement does not apply to independent services provided by third parties through the App. Such services will be governed by the privacy rules formulated by the service providers themselves.

II. Collected Information and Usage Purposes

We only collect relevant information within the necessary scope to realize the core service functions, and will not use the information beyond your authorized scope:

Bluetooth-related information: When you use Bluetooth to connect to the Meibao electric vehicle, we need to obtain your device's Bluetooth activation status and Bluetooth device identifier. This is only used to establish a stable communication connection between your mobile phone and the Meibao electric vehicle, and ensure the accurate transmission of vehicle control commands. This information is only processed locally on a temporary basis and will not be uploaded to the cloud for long-term storage.

Vehicle operation log information: The control command records (unlocking, locking, arming, etc.) you send through the App, as well as the device operation log data returned by the Meibao electric vehicle, are only used to display the vehicle operation status for you, troubleshoot functional faults and optimize Bluetooth connection stability. Except for the logs you actively choose to upload for feedback, conventional operation logs are only stored in your local device and will not be actively uploaded to the server.

Account registration information: When you complete account registration, you only need to provide your mobile phone number for identity verification, to prevent unauthorized users from arbitrarily binding your Meibao electric vehicle and ensure your vehicle usage safety.

Basic device information: We will collect your mobile phone model, operating system version, App version number and other basic information, which is only used to adapt to the Bluetooth compatibility of different devices and improve the App's operation stability. This information cannot individually identify your personal identity.

All information collection strictly follows the "minimum necessary" principle, and no privacy content irrelevant to the core Bluetooth vehicle control functions will be collected.

III. Information Storage and Protection

Your account-related information will be stored in cloud servers that meet national cybersecurity standards. The servers are deployed within China, and no personal information of yours will be transmitted overseas.

Temporary data generated during the Bluetooth connection process will be automatically cleared locally after you disconnect the vehicle's Bluetooth connection, and no redundant data will be retained.

We adopt industry-standard encryption technologies to protect all transmitted and stored data, establish a sound internal data access permission mechanism, and only authorize necessary staff to access relevant data, to prevent information from being leaked, abused or tampered with.

We will not continuously run Bluetooth scanning in the background of your device. Bluetooth connection will only be initiated when you actively enter the vehicle control page, to minimize the device's power consumption.

IV. Third-Party Service Access Description

The App currently only accesses the third-party services necessary to realize basic functions. The privacy rules of relevant services are as follows:

Basic statistics service: It is used to count the App's operation stability data and troubleshoot crashes. This service only collects anonymized device operation data, will not obtain your personal identity information, and the relevant data processing strictly follows the corresponding service provider's privacy agreement.

We will not sell, rent or share your personal information to any irrelevant third parties. All possible information sharing will obtain your explicit consent in advance.

V. Your Information Rights

In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you enjoy the following rights:

Right to access and correct: You can access your account information at any time on the App's personal center page. If you find the information is incorrect, you can directly submit a modification application on the corresponding page for correction.

Right to delete: You can apply to delete all your personal information in the App settings at any time. We will complete the data clearing within 15 working days, and the data cannot be recovered.

Right to withdraw authorization: You can turn off the App's Bluetooth permission in the mobile phone system settings at any time to withdraw your authorization. After withdrawing authorization, you will not be able to use the Bluetooth vehicle control functions, but this will not affect the use of other basic functions of the App.

Right to account cancellation: You can submit an account cancellation application on the App's account settings page. We will complete the account cancellation process within 7 working days. After cancellation, all your relevant information will be completely cleared and no longer retained.

VI. Minor Protection

The App is designed for users of all ages, and will not actively collect personal information of minors under the age of 16. If you are a minor, please use the App accompanied by your guardian, and confirm to agree to this privacy agreement under the guidance of your guardian.

VII. Agreement Update and Notification

We may update this privacy agreement from time to time in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations or the needs of service optimization. After the agreement is updated, we will display the updated content to you through a pop-up prompt in the App, and it will take effect after obtaining your consent again.
